About the event

  • Have you, or someone close to you, recently been diagnosed with bladder cancer?
  • Do you feel overwhelmed? Anxious? Frightened?
  • Are you struggling with adjusting to a “new life” post treatment?
  • Would you like to connect with other bladder cancer patients / carers?

You are not alone. We are here to help. The Bladder Cancer Support Group offers a safe place for all people diagnosed with bladder cancer and their families / carers, to come together to share their feelings and experiences.

Come along for a cuppa and a chat! Delicious afternoon tea and hot beverages will be provided.

Please Note: In light of the growing concern and impact of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) in Victoria, the first meeting of the Bladder Cancer Support Group may be held in a Webinar “meet and greet” format. We have a duty-of-care towards our bladder cancer community, many of whom are on treatments compromising their immune system, and leaving them vulnerable to even small-numbered social interactions. The health, well-being and safety of our group must remain paramount at all times. We thank you for your understanding and support. We will of course keep you updated as things unfold over the next few weeks.
