Victoria's first in-person bladder cancer support group is here!
Updated: Mar 14, 2020
~ With the help of Emily Raso (daughter of a patient and all-round amazing wonder woman who has been able to help us coordinate this from NSW 🙌), BCA will be hosting the first Victorian Bladder Cancer Support Group on 18th April 2020 down on our beautiful Mornington Peninsula!
Come have a cup of tea, piece of cake, and meet a few online friends in person!
Everyone is welcome – current patients and those receiving treatment, those in remission, carers, loved ones, family members and close friends. If you’ve been affected by BC in some way, you are welcome to attend.
Tea, coffee and afternoon tea will be provided. Just bring yourself!
Register your interest via our Events Page for facility and catering purposes. Please get in touch with the team (bcaaustralia@gmail.com) if you have any questions.
We can’t wait to see you there!

** Please Note:** In light of the growing concern and impact of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) in Victoria, the first meeting of the Bladder Cancer Support Group may be held in a Webinar “meet and greet” format. We have a duty-of-care towards our bladder cancer community, many of whom are on treatments compromising their immune system, and leaving them vulnerable to even small-numbered social interactions. The health, well-being and safety of our group must remain paramount at all times. We thank you for your understanding and support. We will of course keep you updated as things unfold over the next few weeks.
